Our pricing is straightforward and designed to help you get maximum ROI from your cash. We recommend getting a custom quote that is based on which solutions you choose, and your volumes.

You can choose to go all-in-one with AP, AR, Expense Management, and Banking, or choose just the solution(s) you need. Here’s a summary of how it works:

  • AP pricing is based on the number of invoices captured
  • AR pricing is based on the number of invoices collected
  • Expense Management is included for Centime Credit Card* users with minimum spend, or can be purchased based on number of users
  • We offer discounts for bundling AP and AR, multi-year agreements, and for qualified nonprofit organizations

What accounting systems do you integrate with?

Centime AP and AR are built to seamlessly integrate with Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and all versions of QuickBooks.

I read that Centime is the only AP and AR solution that pays you to use it. What does that mean? Is it really “free”?

One of the unique features of Centime is that we offer a high-yield business checking account* that can be used to make vendor payments in Centime AP, or as your merchant account for Centime AR.

Most AP vendor payment accounts and AR merchant accounts are non-interest bearing, so you can’t earn cash back from them.

But our high-yield account* makes it possible to earn interest, so many of our customers are either fully recouping the cost of their AP or AR subscriptions, or even turning a profit from it.
